LINCC is an open resource to assist nonprofits, elected officials and public policy makers, philanthropic funders, businesses, and all citizens of North Louisiana to:

• Get Data: LINCC provides the capacity to map state agency, municipal and nonprofit resources against social/economic needs and trends, and assess the financial strength of assets and gaps in service.
• Communicate: LINCC provides an effective communication tool for strategic planning and the sharing and storage of data/documents for collaboration around issues affecting families with children.
• Locate Services: LINCC provides the capacity to locate governmental, nonprofit, and private sector organizations serving families with children.
• Act: LINCC facilitates coordinated action through data sharing and communication.
